Upgraded from a V11 and the difference is noticeable, especially on hard floors. The laser head shows dust you normally wouldn’t see which makes cleaning feel more thorough. Battery life is decent but drops quickly if you use boost mode a lot. Overall feels like a proper upgrade.

Bought this mainly because of pet hair and it does a good job. It doesn’t get tangled as much as my previous vacuum and suction is strong enough for carpets. Bin could be bigger though as I have to empty it quite often.
